Náplní práce bude rekombinantní exprese rozpustné formy lidského NK buněčného receptoru NKp46, příprava jeho ligandu adhezinu Epa1 a studium tvorby jejich komplexu.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The aim of the thesis is recombinant expression of soluble form of human NK cell receptor NKp46, preparation of its ligand adhesin Epa1 and study of their complex formation.
