Práce má za úkol shrnout současné poznatky o úloze adrenergního systému při adaptaci na chlad. Hlavním cílem práje je charakterizace základních komponent tohoto systému a jejich změny v průběhu chladové adaptace.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The thesis should summarize current knowledge anout the role of the adrenergic system in acclimation to cold. Main aim of this work is to characterize basic componentd of this system and their changes during cold acclimation.
