Preliminary scope of work
Preliminary scope of work in English
Mouse polyomavirus is a potential tool for diagnostic and therapeutic cargo delivery in target cells. The main goal of this diploma thesis is to optimize the protocol for the cargo encapsulation into virus-like particles (VLPs) and manipulate the viral capsid in order to facilitate the endosomal escape of VLPs and their payloads.
