Preliminary scope of work
V této práci byly připraveny dvě látky obsahující strukturní motiv PCPCP, tedy obdobu biomolekuly ATP, kde jsou kyslíkaté můstky nahrazeny můstky methylenovými. Látky byly charakterizovány pomocí hmotnostní spektrometrie a NMR spektroskopie. V případě kyseliny bis(methylenfosfonáto)fosfinové byly pomocí NMR titrace určeny čtyři hodnoty pKa. Obě připravené látky mají potenciál sloužit jako chelatující ligandy.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Two substances were prepared in this work, both with PCPCP structure motif. The motif is similar to ATP molecule, although the oxygen bridges are replaced with methylene groups. Both compounds were characterized by mass spectrometry and NMR spectroscopy. Since bis(methylenephosphonato)phosphinate is soluble in water, four pKa values were determined. Both prepared compounds have potential to serve as chelating ligands.
