Student/ka se bude podílet na vývoji nanočástic nesoucích nukleasu pro specifickou genovou editaci. Naučí se základní techniky molekulární biologie, rekombinantní přípravy proteinů i práci v tkáňových kulturách. Nedílnou součástí bude zpracování podrobné řešerše na dané téma.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Student will be envolved in the process of preparation of nanoparticles carrying nuclease for specific gene editing. He/She will learn basic techniques of molecular biology, rekombinant protein preparation as well as handling of tissue cultures. Part of the thesis will be up to date review concerning this topic.
