Do hloubky popsat reprezentativní programy pro ab initio predikci trojrozměrné struktury transmembránových proteinů a jeden si osvojit pro další výzkum, tedy úpravy algoritmitmů a dodatečnou analýzu predikovaných modelů, jako je například klastrování.

Preliminary scope of work in English

In depth describe representative programs for ab initio prediction of the three dimensional structure of transmembrane proteins. One program will be used in further research, including algorithm modifications and additional analysis of predicted models, such as clustering.
