Preliminary scope of work
Psychedelika patří do skupiny psychaktivních látek, ketré vyvolávají změny vnímání, myšlení, emocí a vědomí. Cílem této práce bude popsat mechanismy účinku těchto látek na buněčně úrovni i na úrovni struktur mozku, jejichž funkce může být působením psychedelik ovlivněna.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Psychedelics belong to the group of psychoactive drugs which elicit changes in perception, thinking, emotions a consciousness. The aim of this work is to describe the mechanisms of action of these drugs on the cellular level as well as involvement of brain regions, which function can be affected by psychedelics.
