Visual knowledge graph management tool will be designed as a visualization plugin to an existing web application Payola. Plugin will be used as a visualization of the analysis results. After loading the plugin, an input field will be shown to the user where the user enters the URI of the layout configuration. The configuration defines which classes and their properties (object or simple) to display, their location in the work area and their visual properties. Each class is represented as a table, the table rows will be instances of that class, the table columns are simple properties. Classes that are connected to each other will be associated with line. Each simple property can be filtered by the filter text. Each property will have a specified value from 0 to 1 (probability with which the property is true). This value should be suitably visualize in the application. The user will be able to mark a property as invalid - such property will not be displayed but still will be stored in a graph. There must be stored informations if a property is valid, or which user and when marked it as invalid. For these purposes reificed RDF will be used. The tool will allow to a bulk properties editation - according to some algorithm, the tool will offer other properties to edit after marking some property as valid or invalid. Propose algorithms for a bulk edititation will be part of the thesis and should be the main advantage of this tool. |
