Preliminary scope of work
Nitrilasy patří k biotechnologicky zajímavým enzymům, zejména pro svou schopnost odbourávat nitrily různých organických sloučenin. Cílem práce je strukturní charakterizace a další výzkum nitrilas pocházejících z vláknitých hub připravovaných rekombinantně na spolupracujícím pracovišti v Mikrobiologickém ústavu AV ČR, a to především s využitím technik chromatografie, analytické ultracentrifugace a proteinové krystalografie.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Nitrilases belong to a group of biotechnologically interesting enzymes, mainly due to their ability to eliminate various organic nitriles. Aim of the thesis is structural characterization and further research of nitrilases originating from filamentous fungi that are prepared by recombinant means in collaborating laboratory at the Microbiological Institute of the Czech Academy of Sciences, by use of mainly chromatography, analytical ultracentrifugation and protein crystallography techniques.
