Preliminary scope of work
S použitím eyukaryotického expresního systému HEK293 buněk budou produkovány rozpustné formy lidských lymfocytárních receptorů, a to především vazebných partnerů NKR-P1 a LLT-1, NKp65 a KACL, NKp80 a AICL, a jejich interakce budou studovány metodami biochemie, strukturní biologie a imunologie.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Using eukaryotic expression in HEK293 cells, soluble forms of human lymphocyte receptors will be produced, especially of the binding partners NKR-P1 and LLT1, NKp65 and KACL, NKp80 and AICL, and their interaction will be studied using techniques of biochemistry, structural biology and immunology.
