Bakalářská práce má podat přehled studií, jejichž autoři popsali tzv. transgenerační stresovou paměť, tj. schopnost rodičovských rostlin přenést "paměť" o prodělaném působení nějakého abiotického nepříznivého faktoru do další generace (generací). Zpracovány jsou pouze studie, které jako možný mechanismus této stresové paměti uvádějí chromatinové modifikace. Cílem je zároveň kriticky rozebrat možné problémy, s kterými se studium transgenerační stresové paměti rostlin může setkávat.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Bachelor thesis should give a review of studies describing transgenerational stress memory in plants, i.e. the ability of parental plants to transmit "memory" of their exposure to some abiotic stress factor to next generation/s. Its focus is primarily on works which describe some type of chromatin modifications as a possible mechanism of such stress memory. The thesis should also critically analyse possible problems associated with the study of transgenerational stress memory in plants.
