Príprava kmeňov so zvýšenou expresiou HAC1.
Rastová analýza kmeňov za neselektívnych i selektívnych podmienok. Testovanie citlivosti k inhibítorom.
Detekcia produkcie vybraných proteínov imunodetekciou a pomocou fluorescencie.
