Vymezení specifik savčích zubů a jejich sklovinového pláště s důrazem na autapomorfie savčí organizace. Základní strukturní a organizační úrovně skloviny savců (nanokrystaly, elementární krystality, prismata, IPM, schmelzmuster, celkovostní charakteristiky dentice). Přehled základních poznatků srovnávací analýzy: charakteristika úrovně poznání poměrů skloviny jednotlivých vývojových linií a stručné vymezení jejich specifik. Zhodnocení stavu poznání s ohledem na zamýšlené směřování dalších výzkumů.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Specificities of the mammalian teeth and their enamel coat with particular respect to the autapomorphies establishing the mammalian organization. Basic structural and organizational levels of the enamel histology (nanocrystals, elementary crystallites, prismatic enamel, IPM, schmelzmuster, ultimate characteristics of particular dentitions). Basic survey of comparative data: characterization of enamel of mammals in particular clades and a brief summary of their specificities. Concluding remarks on current state of knowledge and perspectives of further study.
