Preliminary scope of work

Cíle a výsledky: Metodou metylačně specifické PCR a/nebo bisulfitového sekvenování sledovat úroveň metylace LINE-1 promotorových sekvencí u pacientů s AML a MDS. Výsledky budeme korelovat s mutačním stavem genu DNMT3A, jehož stav budeme u vyšetřovaných AML pacientů znát.

Preliminary scope of work in English

Aims and results: To monitore DNA methylation levels of LINE-1 promotor sequences by using methylation specific PCR (MSP) and/or bisulfite sequencing. Results will be correlated with DNMT3A mutational status of selected AML patients.
