Preliminary scope of work

Cílem diplomové práce je odhalit a hlouběji porozumět tomu, jaký vliv má péče o nesoběstačného seniora na vztahy mezi rodinnými příslušníky, jaké změny vnese tato nová situace do vztahů v rodině . V práci se pokusím odpovědět na následující otázky.
1.Jaké konflikty, neshody či spory se ve vztazích objeví? Jaké strategie jsou využívány při řešení konfliktů a jakým způsobem se vztahy v rodině dále vyvíjejí?
2.Zapříčinila situace péče upevnění některých vztahů? V jakých aspektech?
Práce bude vycházet z dosavadních teorií rodinných vztahů jako je model solidarity a konfliktu a koncept ambivalence. Praktická část práce bude založena na datech z výzkumu “Rodinná soudržnost v péči o seniora” a dále budou k dosažení cíle práce použity polostrukturované rozhovory.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The aim of this thesis is identification of effects of elderly care on the relations between family members. What changes in family relationships this new situation will bring. This study tries to answer the following questions.
1.What conflicts, disagreements or disputes appear in relationships? What strategies are used for the conflict resolution and how family relationships continue to develop?
2. Does elderly care cause strengthening of the relationships? In what aspects?
The thesis will be based on existing theories of family relations - model of solidarity and conflict and the concept of ambivalence. Practical part of this thesis will be based on data from the research titled "Family Cohesion in the Elderly Care " and semi-structured interviews will also be used to achieve the aim of the thesis.
