This Professor is the only one in this university who have divided the information in his lectures into the actual Topics of the subject. I am very proud to have watched his lectures and I enjoyed them. He has a kind of charisma that is hard to find, he makes learning pathology as a subject fun and interesting. Not only is he good at teaching, but he has a nice human understanding as well. I did my exam with him without sleep, which I mostly do, and I usually do not tell any examiner such things, because it should not matter if I have had a good nights sleep or not. This time I did, because I could not take in any of the information he was saying, I could not focus and my mind was slow. Still I presented him with the basics on 2 out of my 3 topics and even though I struggled with oncology I still could present some kind of understanding of the subject thanks to his questions. In my opinion as a student who have been going to this university for almost 3 years now, I can honestly say that a lot of the examiners can learn from him. Not only in the fact that he understands that pathology is a hard subject for students and we should be able to show students humanity in that sense, but also that he is the only professor who divides his information into topics and that is very rare! In my opinion he should do all of the lectures and record them, maybe that would not be possible since some people are good at different things, but I would at least hope that some lecturers take into account that for the student experience, where we dont know what information is important, and how much we would have to know, he keeps it short and precise. And please professor Daum continue with your funny stories and examples

The only thing I have to say here is that I dont like to memorize speaches, I like to understand more than I like to memorize, and as I have learned it is not the professors fault, even though it may seem like they want you to memorize speeches sometimes, they truly just want you to understand more. So I would really just like to suggest that some of the professors break the words down for us sometimes, as an example; Myelo: Refers to the bone marrow, where blood cells are produced. Proliferative Indicates rapid growth or reproduction.
