Náplní práce bude srovnání studií hodnotící endokrinně disruptivní účinky hormonálně aktivních látek antropogenního původu při porovnání in-vitro studií na buněčné úrovni a studií in vivo, které popisují dopady na celkový organismus u zvířat. Vzhledem k tomu, že data in vivo studií chybí v případě člověka, výsledky publikovaných prací s využitím in vitro přístupů na lidských buněčných liniích, budou v této souvislosti interpretovány a extrapolovány z hlediska možných celkových dopadů na lidský organismus.

The thesis will compare studies evaluating the endocrine-disruptive effects of hormonally active substances of anthropogenic origin. Comparison of in-vitro studies at the cellular level and in vivo studies will be used to describe the effects on the overall organism in animals. Since the data of in vivo studies are missing in the case of humans, the results of published works using in vitro approaches on human cell lines will be interpreted and extrapolated in this context in terms of possible overall impacts on the human organism.
