Předběžná náplň práce
Ph.D. projekt rozšiřuje naši nedávno publikovanou práci o řízeném uvolňování vonných aldehydů vázaných iminovými vazbami na cyklodextrin. Plánujeme studovat další kombinace typů labilních vazeb (např. acylhydrazon, oximové linkery) a dobře definovaných derivátů cyklodextrinů, případně nesoucích také targetující skupinu. Cílem je nalézt optimální kombinaci dobře komplexujících a dobře definovaných CD jednotek, aktivních sloučenin a labilních linkerů s různou kinetikou štěpení, umožňující přípravu konjugátů s dobře definovanou rychlostí uvolňování aktivní sloučeniny. Budou také studovány supramolekulární vlastnosti připravených sloučenin.

The Ph.D. project extends our recently published work on the controlled release of fragrant aldehydes bound by imine bonds to cyclodextrin. We plan to study further combinations of types of labile bonds (e.g., acyl hydrazone, oxime linkers) and well-defined derivatives of cyclodextrins, eventually bearing also a targeting group. The aim is to find the optimal combination of well-complexing and well-defined CD units, active compounds, and labile linkers with different cleavage kinetics, allowing the preparation of conjugates with a well-defined speed of the active compound's release. The supramolecular properties of the prepared compounds will also be studied.
