Předběžná náplň práce

Diplomová práce se bude zabývat metodami narace v českých podcastech. Půjde o analýzu zaměřenou na podcastové formáty, konkrétně podcastové drama a podcastový dokument. Cílem práce bude oba tyto žánry definovat, charakterizovat jejich znaky a na konkrétních příkladech zhodnotit, jakými způsoby vyprávějí příběhy. V rámci diplomové práce se budu nejprve věnovat teoretické části, která přiblíží fenomén podcastingu od jeho počátků, dalšího vývoje, rysů a technických specifik. Součástí bude také kapitola věnovaná vývoji podcastu v České republice. Následně rozeberu téma narace ve vztahu ke zvukovému formátu. Praktická část se bude zabývat jednotlivými žánry a bude propojená s analýzou několika českých podcastů spadajících do daných kategorií.

Předběžná náplň práce v anglickém jazyce

The diploma thesis will focus on methods of narration in Czech podcasts. It will be an analysis focusing on podcast formats, specifically drama podcast and documentary podcast. The aim of the thesis will be to define both of these genres, characterize their features and, using concrete examples, evaluate the ways in which they tell stories. The theoretical part of my thesis will describe the phenomenon of podcasting from its beginnings, further development, features and technical specifications. It will also include a chapter dedicated to the development of podcasts in the Czech Republic. The next part will contain the theme of narration in relation to the audio format. The practical part will concentrate on mentioned genres and will be connected with the analysis of several Czech podcasts belonging to the given categories.
