Předběžná náplň práce

Nová vlna uprchlíků v Německu zdůraznila význam integrace uprchlíků v hostitelské zemi. Současný výzkum zdůrazňuje úlohu vládních a nevládních organizací při pomoci uprchlíkům překonat problémy spojené s integrací. Tato práce zdůrazňuje problémy, kterým uprchlíci obvykle čelí, a hodnotí význam vládních a nevládních institucí a organizací při pomoci uprchlíkům tyto výzvy překonat. Použitím kvalitativní metody a srovnávacího přístupu práce využívá data dostupná ze souboru zpráv a webových stránek od příslušných organizací, které se zabývají otázkami souvisejícími s uprchlíky nebo hodnotí práci v různých zemích. Zjištění naznačují, že uprchlíci čelí řadě výzev, se zvláštním důrazem na: jazykové schopnosti hostitelské země, uznávání předchozích kvalifikací, uznávání dovedností, emoční výzvy, kulturní rozdíly na pracovištích. Zjištění navíc analyzují hlavní průmyslová odvětví, kde jsou uprchlíci obvykle zaměstnáni. Na závěr je při srovnání oblastí zaměření obou typů organizací zjištěna přítomnost znatelného rozdělení, ne nutně úmyslného, ​​v odpovědnosti mezi vládními a nevládními organizacemi a že tyto odpovědnosti jsou v souladu s potřebami uprchlíků s ohledem na výzvy čelí. Oblasti zájmu vládních organizací zahrnují jazykové a integrační kurzy, právní změny, které umožňují včasné prověřování dovedností, a rozpočet zaměřený na implementaci nových programů a politik. The new refugee surges in Germany have emphasized the importance of refugee integration in the host country. Current research highlights the role of government and nongovernment organisations in helping refugees overcome integration related challenges. This thesis highlights the challenges that are typically faced by refugees and assesses the importance of government and nongovernment institutions and organisations in helping refugees overcome those challenges. Applying a qualitative method and a comparative approach, the thesis employs data available from a set of reports and websites from respective organisations that work on refugee related issues, or that evaluate the work in different countries. The findings suggest that there is a set of challenges that are faced by refugees, with highlight in: host country language abilities, previous qualification recognition, skills recognition, emotional challenges, cultural differences in the workplaces. Moreover, the findings analyze the main industries where refugees are typically employed. Finally, comparing the areas of focus by both types of organisations, it is identified the presence of a noticeable division, not necessarily intentional, in responsibilities amongst government and nongovernment organisations, and that these responsibilities are in line with the needs of refugees considering the challenges they face. The areas of focus for government organisations involve language and integration courses, legal changes that allow for early skill screening and budget aimed for new programmes and policies implementation. Whereas the main areas of focus for nongovernment organisations are mental health and emotional counselling, legal advising in relation to employment and possible cooperation with government institutions in implementing language or integration courses.
