Předběžná náplň práce

Cílem této bakalářské práce je vysvětlení politických příčin občanské války, takzvané války růží v Anglii v letech 1455–1487. Boj o trůn a nadvládu nad zemí mezi rodem Yorků a Lancasterů se odehrávala po celém území Anglie s podporou mnoha významných šlechtických rodin. Vyvrcholením této války bylo spojení rodů a nástup nové dynastie Tudorovců na anglický trůn. Podstatná část práce se zabývá symbolem růže a jejím heraldickým promítnutním na anglických dvorech. V dochované knižní malbě od Charlese d`Orleans z roku 1483 a 1492–1500 vidíme heraldická zvířata rodů a symboliku s nimi spojenou. Můžeme zde pozorovat postupné spojení bílé yorkské a červené lancasterské růže, což je následek nástupu Tudorovců na anglický trůn. Knižní malbu s tématikou počátku tudorovského rodu můžeme vidět v kopii od Hugema de Lembourga z roku 1487, kde je vyobrazena královská svatba Jindřicha V. a Kateřiny z Valois. V monetech od Magistera Sampsona z roku 1516 je symbolický tudorovský keřový strom se skrytými symboly, které jsou v práci vysvětleny. V neposlední řadě je zde věnovaná pozornost zobrazování vybraných panovníků formou iniciál a menších knižních maleb.

Předběžná náplň práce v anglickém jazyce

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to explain the political causes of the civil war, the so-called royal war in England between 1455 and 1487. The struggle for the throne and domination over the land between the Yorks and Lancasters took place throughout England with the support of many notable aristocratic families. The culmination of this war is the union of generations and the arrival of the new Tudor dynasty on the English throne. The main part deals with the symbol of the rose and its heraldic projection on the English courts. In the preserved book painting from Charles d 'Orleans from 1483 and 1492–1500 we can see the heraldic animals of the genera and the symbolism associated with them. We can see the gradual joining of the white York and red Lancaster roses, resulting in the arrival of the Tudor. The painting of the beginning of the Tudor family can be seen in a copy from Hugo de Lembourg of 1487, which depicts the royal wedding of Henry V. and Catherine of Valois. In 1515 Magister Sampson's coins are symbolic Tudorian shrub tree with hidden symbols that are explained in the work. Last but not least, attention is paid to displaying selected monarchs in the form of initials and book paintings.
